Im trying to figure out why the hell there was a poweroutage at my house today. Sounds stupid but theres gotta be a site where theres news put out hourly or some shit.

Sonora, CA -- Darkness hit the Mother Lode at 5:05 this morning when a Jeep in the general area of Creekside and Wessling Lane hit a P.G.& E. wire.

Approximately 4,800 customers were affected from the Big Hill area through Soulsbyville to Tuolumne City.

All but 910 of those customers had their power restored by 6:50am. According to P.G.& E. officials the remaining 910 were scheduled to have their power restored by 8:30am.
