i jailbroke my 3GS with blackra1n and i havent had a single problem. runs as smooth as a quickpwn jailbreak does. it comes with Rock too which is much faster and cleaner than Cydia

Another option if you are interested

You can buy factory unlocked iPhones from places like Australia that you don't need to unlock and will not brick with new firmware updates. Haven't tested this but apparently the factory warranty still apply to the phones too (unlocking/jalibreaking voids waranty)

They kinda pricey though unless you know someone in one of those countries were the phones are factory unlocked.

^ there are apps that let you text people free even without jailbreaking, but yes after jailbreaking you still pay

The dumbest part about that cocain app is that its not even really an app. Its just a video that plays and you have to time yourself just right to follow along with it. Its not like it just lets you chop up the coke and pretend to snort it...

Jailbreaking your phone is the shit tho. Music video ringtones (Got the The Game - My Life music vid on mine when it rings right now) , video wallpapers, themes for your apps (there is 1 theme that turns each app icon into different Jordans) custom sounds for texting n shit... Love it
