Dude made some good adult cartoons. One he's probably known for is "Fritz the cat" and "Coonskin" is one of his best

I saw Fritz The Cat, but I didn't get the big deal.

I didn't get either just because it was the first X rated cartoon it wasn't all that. But everything after Fritz was probably his best work.

Yes, sir. Fritz isn't too bad if you take it as satire film focusing primarily on an anthropomorphic cat who happens to be a hedonist and whose adventures detail the writers views on [then] pop culture and Nixon-era society.

But the man is the king of rotoscoping. And although his films wont win any awards they're awesome. Watch wizards or Fire and Ice. If not for the story, which you probably won't find much of, then for the animation.
