I haven't had one in a hot minute, but when I did get 'em, it used to be like, a couple times a week. The shit is not cool. I got 'em under control by going outside, tellin' myself that there's nothin' wrong with me, and taking slow, deep breaths for a couple minutes. Remember, anxiety is mental...it can be controlled..all you gotta do is keep your head strong and just go against it, that's all you can do.
