damn straight man a cast iron skillet make sure its not bone dry by getting some butter rubbed into it, throw a little more to get the fry going and throw a room temperature ribeye steak thats rubbed up with some nice seasonings in there... cook it at medium both sides for like 15 mins, then drop it to low until its where you want it, with the right seasoninings these steaks are better than most grilled ones ive had. i dont know about healthier though. i love my steaks with that nice kinda crisp browning on the outside of it you know what im talking about? its like a flavor/juice seal, and the cast iron skillets get that waaayyy better than the oven ever could
