Yeah Troll that's good. That means your shins are ready for battle. IN Muay Thai boxing they do they same thing to condition their shins. After kicking for years.. they shins get so hard .. that they use their legs like a baseball bat. .and can knock someone out with one kick....

I need to get conditioned like that... and Bloodsport is a tight movie...

MOUNT A FILLED SANDBAG ON A HORSE (USED FOR CONSTRUCTION)
AND SHIN KICK THAT BITCH...SOUNDS LIKE IT DONT HURT BUT AFTER AWHILE THAT SHIT KILLS...OR TOUGHEN UP YOUR SHIN WITH A PARTNER BY GOING SHIN TO SHIN WITH EACH OTHER... SHIT IS BRUTAL...I STILL HAVE DENTS IN MY SHINS FROM YEARS AGO...DOING THAT SHIT.
BUT ONCE THEIR TOUGH YOU WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT NO MORE AND CAN GO FULL FORCE WITHOUT HOLDING BACK FROM FEAR OF PAIN.

I've gone shin to shin.. with my friend and we fucked each other up..
we put dents in each other... and were hella bruised up...
but ever did it.. hitting and block each other like 100 times.. lol

I think i'll do that sandbag technique you just told me about though

i do MMA, well Jeet Kune Do.. and its basically street based MMA, we also learn law enforcement tactics and navy seal trainning and weapon defense. Along with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, French Savate, FMA (filipino martial arts) like stick fighting and shit, Jun Fan Gung Fu, Wing Chun, Submission Wrestling, Judo, Pentjak Silat, Western Boxing, Kuntao, Rapid Assault Tactics (R. A. T.) System and other shit. BAsically we study only what works from all these styles of fighting and put it into work in real life situations.. there are no rules its not a sport, its a way of survival.

just so you guys know.. JuJitsu and JIU JITSU are 2 different things, ju jitsu is a japanese fighting form that samurai's used.. the rich people took karate, the poor people took ju jitsu. Jiu Jitsu= Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which has been shaped and developed into ground fighting, take down defenses, sweeps, take downs, submissions.. BJJ's philosophy is that you cannot take multiple attackers while on your back.. which is not entirely true.
