^^yeah, they give me the same ol shit,..."unplug your modem, and pug it back in.", "delete all your temporary internet files"......im like, does that even matter when my xbox is fuckin up.......this shit is irritating, for like a week, i cant even play my x box online.....and a couple other buddies of mine have the same problem, and they got comcast.........my bandwidth speeds are good i guess, i tested them on some sites, but i dunno why my shit is fucking up with the x box...

Are you using a Wireless Adapter for your Xbox? If so, how far away is it from the modem and Wireless Router??? That may be causing your Xbox Live to have such slow connection. I have Comcast and Xbox Live.. my shit works perfect..
