I caught that guy and some dirty bitch he hung around with stealing strips of metal of this storage shed and dumbster area in the condo I use to stay in on Clayton Road. I asked them what they were doing and dude had a crow bar so I just empty'd my trash and told them to leave. I wouldn't of tripped if it was once in a while they took some cans out the trash but every day in the comples they would do shit like strip metal peices off the buildings and cars use to get broke into all the time. It was a nice condo too so I never understood how they kept getting in without anybody saying something.
