mane....i haven't really watched cmc in a mnute, but damn.....i peeped it the other day, what the hell happened?? i remember that used to be the spot to see some kali shit, or at least some rap shit?? i saw nothin but some teeny bop fake rock music on there??? iz nobody shootin videos anymore? if kmel iz on this whole bay area thang, we need to get that show on lock, i know yall got some ideas, let it be known then............

i member when i moved up here in 93 and cmc was the shit.......now its basically a spin off of mtv....playing all main stream shit....fuck it....some needs to talk to chuy and get bay area vids back on thurr....ya heard?

i called in and requested E-40's quarterbackin 3 times in two hours, and they didnt play it once, and that was when they played the video on BET.

i also called and requested Big Boi's "I like the way you move" video, and they also didnt play that.

KMEL realizes that in order for people to watch they need to play Alternative music also because white boys watch it too. It's not about us Urban cats anymore. When I used to watch The Box in Oakland is the only time I saw straight Bay Area videos back-to-back besides what CMC played. Clear Channel is about their money and they obviously know how to make it.
