It wasn't a movie, it was a pilot episode, where 15 episodes were originally purchased. However, do to some unfortunate circumstances the series was not able to continue (not because it didn't get good reviews).

I thought the movie was coo. There's a couple rapper camoe's in the movie: JT The Bigga Figga, San Quinn, Rappin' 4Tay, Young Noble (Outlaws) and I think 1 or 2 more. Quinn made his appearance in the beginnin'. He was the one at the door and gave a pound/hand shake (Idk whut you'd call it) 2 the kid or whoever (its been a while since I've seen it). The other cameo's can be seen at the bowling alley scene after the dude gets stabbed in the bathroom or whutever and he's bein' brought out on a stretcher...pay attention 2 those standin' @ outside...you'll see 'em (it's quick though; however, there are close-up shots). I believe at the end as well when JT is in the booth/studio Noble and maybe 1 or 2 other cameo's can be seen.

yea i'mma watch it again to see if that's serra bowl. that would be kinda funny if it was. it might even say in the movie credits at the end.

Castle Lanes was the spot. They must have closed it down in the late 80's or early 90's or something like that. Makes me think about Geneva Towers.
