the police need a reason to stop you, first & foremost. there has to be something to grant them the right to search your vehicle, but that could be the fact that you smoked marijuana in the car 3 years and there's a faint whiff....or it could be the fact that when the glove box was open there appeared to be a black object that could be a weapon....who cares if its your broken xbox controller, that shit'll stick in court. the best defense is don't get pulled over. next don't say or allow shit, then don't get a public pretender, foot the bill for a good lawyer.

Cops usually rely on the general fear of authority most people have to get away with that type of shit. Most people don't even think of getting their badge number in the heat of that shit, especially if they had something on them. After I saw what they did to Oscar Grant it basically proved cops can get away with murder and not suffer harsh repercussions.

They can justify anything by saying that you fit the description of a crime they heard broken. "2 bald headed mexicans were suspected of comitting a crime." When is that not the case? There's 2 bald headed mexicans breaking the law right now, so don't fit that description and you'll be better off
