Bradford is good for about an inning, he would be good in the pen just as a setup guy or when they're behind, but he shouldn't be closing games. They should get rid of Hammond too... If they got rid of Mecir, Rincon and Rhodes, and then got another 2 good setup guys and a good closer they could dominate, we gotta see what management can do though. Nobody's gonna want Mecir or Rincon and Rhodes has a huge 3-year contract that nobody's gonna wanna pick up.
Yeah they're doing better than I would have thought after losing Guillen, Foulke and Tejada, losing Foulke has been the only one that's hurt em. I would have rather kept Tejada but Crosby has held his own.
I think having Chavez out of that #3 spot is helping their offense. When they bring him back they should put him in at like #6, #7 or #8. He grounds into a lot of double plays and is only hitting like .230 or something I think, he's a rally killer.
