I'll smoke weed any day, fuck cigarettes though....and I'm tired of people always askin "do you got a cigarette"?
I stopped smoking weed because it was making me to unproductive... If felt it made me lazy. So once I quit that I started smoking cigarettes more often. I want to quit smoking now because of how unhealthy it is...

He said he quit because of the price... that's how for him.
I was wondering how he went about doing so... I'm assuming it was cold turkey then. Yea I have a reason to quit also... I guess I just have to man the fuck up and just not smoke anymore.... but damn this shit is hard.

for that same $5 i can get 5 packs of splitarillos

2 of 4 gram of shake is much healthier then cancer sticks

it took me 2 weeks after quittin cancer sticks to get the cravings out. needed something to occupy my time so they wouldnt come back. started mobbin everywhere like 3 miles a day in that hot-ass arizona sun. felt better and lost like 45 pounds

these days i cant be mobbin cuz my knees is arthritis status. be mobbin like 45 minutes 2 days a week these days. ill take a 1/8 of #gsc shake and them 5 packs of splitarillos any day of the week. people be smokin weed at the bustop and i dont mind. but if somebody lights up a cancer stick i start coughin and shit. thats the only long term effect of not inhaling cancer sticks

Its all in your mind. I had several health problems associated with smoking and I still couldn't quit.. For me I had to basically reprogram my mind to react differently to situations that made me want to smoke. Like after meals, driving, stress, socializing and the hardest one was drinking. Ya not smoking is hard but suffering from the side effects is harder. Now I don't even trip off smoking and it was one of the best things ive done for myself in a long time.

72 hours & the nicotine is out of your system, I would say put a patch on, I smoked for 23 years now & when I quit i used the patch.

granted i fell off after 9 months, several times, but thats cause i cant stay outta casinos.
