Aight, so this goes out to all of my grimey folks out there. Who's pulled a 'Runner' at a restaurant...for the don't knows...a runner is where you go to a sit down restaurant...feast like a King would...then bounce without leaving a trace...a trace of money. Haha.


So who's done it...share your stories here...

never dine and ditched, but one time me and a couple friends went to denny's ordered about $100 worth of food then pulled out two big ziplock bags full of pennies dimes and nickels, dropped em on the counter and bounced, lol.

I remember I was at this IHOP in Emeryville...and the food was hella nasty...and the service was hella bad...so I started to walk up to the podium in front to see why they were taking so long to bring out the check...well...I got close enough to the door that I just decided to get into the car and bounce.

Fucked up thing was that, before we went into the restaurant...I dropped my stunnas under the car, and was like...eh...I'll just grab 'em when we leave. Well the adrenaline was pumping, cause I knew that I would be looking at some serious time in the slammer if I had gotten caught. So I had to part ways with the stunnas...

during middle school we used to always eat free at home town buffet.. all you gotta do is pick up someones ticket off there table right after they leave.. and just post up.. eat all you want.. take your time walkin' out.. but you gotta do this durin' lunch or somethin' while it's real crowded.

I did it at the Silver Legacy in Reno. That sat us waaaaaay in the back by the door, our service was terrible and the food sucked balls. There was about 8 of us, and we all just got up and walked out like it was nothing.

Aight, so this happened to me recently. Kind of embarassing because it was the only time that I actually was stopped...LOL..


So I'm at The Cheesecake Factory in SF, inside The Macy's building...so basically, its always packed...and you have to get the little pager thing and wait for a few hours.

So three hours passed...they finally call us in, we get seated...everything is cool. They brought me the biggest ceasar salad I've ever seen in my 23 years of living, shit was like industrial sized. Food was cool...after we were done...the waiter brings over a receipt...a receipt you get after you pay for something...

So immediately I'm like...what the feezable..? Aren't they supposed to bring you the little black book, then you give 'em the card or bread and they bring it back...

So after he drops the receipt off...he's gone for a good 10 minutes.

I'm like...what the hell is going on...

So I decide to walk up to the counter, which is very close to the elevator to go back downstairs, and also, one of the only two ways to get out of this place.

I'm thinking...this muthafucka must not want his money, he's nowhere to be found....

So I'm standing there in front of the counter, that I know for a fact doesn't take payments for meals...and say to myself...

' If that elevator opens, and this guy doesn't show up...I'm getting the fuck outta dodge. '


So the elevator opens up, guy is nowhere to be found, and about 20 people hop onto the elevator...I hop on last...

The door gets about 3/4ths of the way shut, when I see the waiter...

I'm thinking...oh shit...

He sticks his hand in the elevator door to stop it...at that point, I'm hoping that the elevator doesn't have the sensor that they all do, and it dismembers his arm...

It doesn't...and he goes...


' I think you forgot...'

He didn't say...'to pay'...so that kind of saved me some of the embarassment...LOL..

He was pretty cool about it...I just told him it was my first time there and that I didn't know the process...


Lesson to be learned:

If you're going to pull a runner at The Cheesecake Factory...make sure you take the escelator, down to the 6th floor...then take the elevators down from there...LOL

my boy once invited me to hooters cause his girl was taking his sister. the bill was like $60. i put 30 on the table and went to the restroom. i was on my way back and they were already outside. i went to the table to get my jacket and there was only 40 on the table. i was like wtf? i already put in half, so i caught up really quick and drove off fast. haha i didn't go back for like 4 months.

LOL was this at the Sweet Water Cafe? Crazy cause me and my cousins did the same shit. there was about 7 of us,about 3 of em where under 14. We ate a damn feast, and all of us needed refills. The waiter took hella long cause they were short staffed,it was 4am. So I was like fuck this,told my little cousins to go up to the room first. When they got in the Elevator, they called and told me no security. My older cousins and I shook the spot hella fast. Hahaha it was a nice memory of family "Bonding".

i shoulda did it at this spot called rubys diner , shit took forever to seat us and everything tasted like sand . the salad , the burger all taste like sand the gumballs out the machine by front door tasted better .

never go to rubys diner . (not to be confused with ruby tuesdays , unless theyre the same spot and i dont know aobut it .)

ive done it a few good times in the past . one time we were in fairfield and my friend had to stop to take a piss so we stopped at jj north's by the solano mall. we were waiting in the car in front of the place for about 15 minutes or so , then finally my friend comes running out wiping his mouth , jumps in the car and says " drive , lets get the fuck outta here ! " so it turns out after he pissed , he grabbed a plate , hooked it up ,, sat down and ate hella fast , when they asked him for his ticket he said , " oh my friend has it , he is at the buffet getting some food " . when they went over to look for his " friend " he bounced out . i felt like we were driving the getaway car for his fat attack crime spree..lol

dine and ditched at, some nasty mexican food place in downtown santa rosa, by railroad square. food was cold and nasty, their mixed drinks were over priced and watered down, and dude who was serving us was a bitch, the bill was like almost $200.

not worth it, alot of shit could go wrong, that could get you alot of jail time, that said, ive done it 3-4 times.

never went to a resteraunt and jet out, but i have hit resteraunts with stolen credit cards, and thats always fun.

you can order food after you eat to take it home and shit..thats the best

nowadays im too old for that shit..i pay...and i tip well
unless the waiters a white guy and in that situation he gets nothing
