You take a bong hit, take a shot and shot gun a beer then blow out the smoke.

we used to call them cannonballs,they fuck you up.
we also used to do powerballs,which included takin a bong rip,shotgunnin a beer,blowin the smoke out through the beer can so it looks like a smoke commin out of a chimeny,and then finishin it off with a line of some fine flake.not recomended if your planin on goin out,your straight twaked out for an hour

I can't pound a beer, especially while holding in some smoke.....well, I know I could, I just wouldn't want to. one year on my birthday I had to do the "birthday bottle".....that shit was filled with 4 long island ice teas (which is one of the nastiest cocktails ever made) that I drank straight without stopping......well.....I stopped at the end cuz that shit tasted too awfull, but I did finish it.....the other dood that drank it with me (his birthday was a couple days later) stopped like 4 times and still couldn't finish, he was bigger than me & out weighed me....

I know somepeople that rigged up a bong to a nitrous oxide "cracker". They would snap huge moke bong rips (doja with some tobbaco) and then release the whip it that was attached to the bong stem. Never wanted to try it but it looked like a headrush and a half!
My coworkers always talk about "strikeouts" though.
