its all good?they had this on the ktvu fox news?when was this?

a while back they said it was gon be a huge trial on court tv or sum shit,didnt happen like that, the only court date i went to was the sentencing day which was on a friday either last week or the week b4that,cant remember....his brother is arrested too

he has 2 consective life sentences,not just 50straight years. one 25life sentence,plus another. he got some more charges on him too

Honestly, I was in bed, and heard them talkin about it in the other room. All I heard was that an up and coming rapper was convicted for shootin his promoter because she said he wasn't that talented.

in a way i feel u,but its a public case,and people needs to kno bout shit like this,and if it happened to u,u would prolly do the same thing. opinions on what u may or may not do b4 a tragic event occurs is tottaly different to when it happens and or is happening right before you. i saw plenty of death in my lifetime,from people gettin shot right next to me,to drive bys and stabbings.....

Juston Michael Potts, 21, was sentenced Friday in Contra Costa County Superior Court, following his Dec. 15 conviction of first-degree murder.

Potts, who waived a jury trial, had pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, but Judge Mary Ann O'Malley concluded that he was sane when he shot and killed Shani Renee Holloway on June 6, 2004.

Police said Potts was resentful when Holloway, who had agreed to promote Potts' fledgling music career, became negative about his prospects.

On the day of murder, Holloway, 31, and her boyfriend gave Potts a ride to a Pittsburg home, where he got out of the car, went over to a sport utility vehicle that had pulled up nearby, then returned with a handgun and shot the woman twice, police said.
