What the feezy? Avian Apartments? I lived there for years and never saw anything 'grimey'...maybe cuz I lived on the east side of the apartments.

im not tryin to make it seem like anything..but all you guys act like the crest is sooooooooooooooo crazy and its not.the majority of the crime in vallejo happens in east vallejo.

see i aint even wanna say nothin' about that

but i went through the crest and that shit was like a normal suburbian neighboorhood...from what i was told it USED to be bad and gentrification took over..

so when people are in here like "you obviously didnt go to the crest"...i dont get that..

maybe its really bad at night or something?

Ur opinion ain't shit. The crest is just tha tip of the iceberg in Vallejo. Lofas, the hillcrest, kaizerside, springstown, the south, beverly hills, the track, the waterfront, college park, an even now parts of rancho aren't places u'd like to caught outta bounds. I don't really fuck w/Squarefield or Antioch so I dunno. But I do have a few patnas who've moved north from Richmond. Regardless of that though it's not really 'bout being hard, or disadvantaged. It's more about being creative, and being able to market a quality product to more people.

yup fremont, got the real killers. people i think forget its the COUNTRY CLUB crest, its a fuckin low income country club, its always looked nice, its just the people that live there that are bad. if your looking for a typical ghetto looking neighborhood you need to head to south vallejo around lemon and go down benicia road. from benicia and lemon all the way to curtola or whatever street it is looks fucked up, and is probably the worst part of vallejo but since you guys get all your info from rappers, youd never know that. "lets look at the crest before we go to marine world, man this aint shit it looks hella nice fuck the yock is harder then this"
