Another computer prob

well now everytime I turn my comp off...I been leaving it on standby a lot more but it seems when I turn it on after its been shutdown there are these stupid fucking ads on my desktop...its like little Internet explorer windows but I never click them. They say "sex pills" "buy a car" so on...theres like 5 or 6 of them on my desktop and my homepage is like www.thebestse.com or some shit, I have no clue what the fuck it is...anybody know how to fix this?

that or try ad-aware...also go into your internet settings and change your homepage so its not" www.thebestse.com" put yahoo.com or whatever u want
