Just put something together for this girls website (intro page) ...she wanted the miami skyline, some palm trees and her image in it

shes a model , been in a couple music videos, lil flip 'sunshine', nina sky / daddy yankee 'oye mi canto' and some other ones

yeah, i was thinking that too, but on the main page on her site her image is bigger...she kept asking me to put the miami skyline and palm trees real big on the intro page so i did what i could without taking up too much space

Tragik, I dont know the resolution on your screen but why did you just sit that image of her with the Black Background there without blending it into the background? That's the 1st thing I noticed when I scanned this piece. You didnt work on that pic (level etc) or anything. Seems you just put it there and said fuck it... I also think she should be bigger. VERY little focus on her. This doesn't give me the feeling that this site will belong to her... I think you can do better with this piece...

@ sporadic, u are right, i did work hard on everything else except her image - just tweaked it a little bit and put it behind the text...i will work on making her image stand out more - thanks for the advice

looks good. only one thing on the highlights or light source on the female you need to use a warm tone because it looks a lil on the cooler side. Other than that looks pimp

Right on ^ yeah i was thinking the same thing...

i took some of the advice you guys gave me and tried to make her "image" stand out more - and she wanted me to take out her "rolls" on the bottom image lol...i was squinting to find the rolls, but i just tried making it look like a shadow




also, i was trying to come up with ideas for the actual website and i keep getting stuck, heres something i was playing around with...not finished at all but its a start
