^^ Agreed. I was less than impressed with him when I saw him in his first 2 fights. But I'll tune in and watch because (1)I like watching unproven cocky fighters fight nobodys off the street and think they are hard and (2) I like watching unproven cocky fighters get beat down by an unknown off the street.

YEAH HE A ROOKIE AND A BEGINNER BUT WE MAYBE LOOKING AT THE NEXT ALL-TIME GREAT BOXER. PLUS HE WAS BORN IN SAN FRANCISCO AND RAISED IN OAKLAND SO I LIKE TO SEE A BAY NIGGA SHINE. HES ONLY 21 YEARS OLD SO WHEN HE REACHES 25-26 YEARS OLD HE SHOULD BE POUND FOR POUND THE BEST BOXER, BY THAT TIME HOPKINS WOULD HAVE RETIRE AND WILL ROY JONES AND DELA HOYA.
I think ODLH and Roy already fell off. Hopkins is ready to retire after Felix comes back and knocks him out. But I'm tired of following a young unproven prospect and then they blow their career by coming up too fast or getting cocky. Look at Panchito Bojado, that guy was on a lightning fast train up to the big time but he fell off before he got there, either by lack of training discipline or mis-management. Boxing is a dirty dirty sport and legends are few and far in between.

AND EVERYONE IS SAYING THAT HIS LAST FIGHT WASNT IMPRESSIVE BECAUSE IT WAS A DECISION, BUT IF U LOOK AT THE DUDE'S FACE THAT HE FOUGHT IT WAS ALL FUCKED UP AND BLOODY. DRE PUT UP A GOOD BEATING ON THE DUDE EVEN THOUGH IT WENT THE DISTANCE. AND IF HE WASNT ANY GOOD J. PRINCE WOULDNT HAVE SIGNED HIM. JUST LOOK AT WHO J. PRINCE HAS ON HIS BOXING ROSTER, WINKY WRIGHT, FLYOD MAYWEATHER, MARCUS JOHNSON, AND DIEGO CORALES.
AND THATS WHY BOXING IS DOWN. THERES NO PERSONALITY. THOSE GUYS ARE GREAT BOXERS BUT NOBODY GIVES A SHIT ABOUT THEM CUZ THEY DONT HAVE PERSONALITY AND THEIR NON AMERICANS. I saw Andre fight for the first time last nite and I was very impressed with what I saw. He's lightning quick and is a master at ducking and dodging. He needs that skill, too because he doesn't cover his face/head enough. One of these days he going to lean into someone's punch and get knocked the fuck out. Other than that I though he fought an excellent fight. I give him major props.
