No, you should "exclude" the ACCUSATION (it is not FACT) because you have no proof he did anything to anyone. If it were indeed a FACT, he would have been convicted. It doesn't matter if you think he paid off their families, because in cases as bad as rape or child mollestation, the D.A. will press charges on the accused person even if the accusers decide they no longer want to. So, if they had any evidence that Michael Jackson touched any little boy, he would have been convicted even if he did try to pay off the boy's family.
