Alternatives to Comcast?

obviously u should switch to at&t especially if u have their phone & internet service, its all one company u have to deal with then. they are still a pain in the ass but every time they fuck up i have my dad call them and complain and they credit $50 to the account. and comcast is horrrrible even if they have better commercials than at&t.
I had their internet & home phone (even tho I never use that shit) and got their cell service. I may have to do their little package thing, but they I don't really like their packages, what I need is internet, TV & cellphone, but they wanna include homephone and that shit is kinda pricey for someshit I'm never gonna use.
and an extra special fuck you goes to comcast.....the internet is down now :ermm: I called in and they said service is out and the lady gave me a "problem ticket" to link to my account or something like that and said I can use that for a credit. then said she can't apply the credit, didn't say how much the credit would be, and said that I needed to call back after the service is recovered to get that credit :ermm:

Looks like I'ma roll widdem for 1 mo' year...
My 6 mnth 19.99 cable and internet promotion expired so I just called in and got my cable knocked down from 104.94 to 48.95... (they took off HBO though).. and got my internet knocked down from 45.95 to 24.95... but it got downgraded to the ecomony net which is 1 mbps... the fast one that I had is at 6 mbps & 12 when you download...
if I wanna go back to the fast one it'll be at 33.00 a month which I can call in and upgrade whenever I want... dude said that outta the 30+ people that he gave that deal to, none of them have called back to upgrade.. Anybody else got the Comcast econo-net?

lol naw i got comcast, dude who installed it even said.. "i take longer than other installers but thats because i can guarantee my work and i wont ever have to comeback and re-install" Til this day its been true.
What i'd do is call em back every 3-6 months.. thats what we do.. and we tell them we want the original price we signed up for.. and they give us that price
