The man officials say led a nationwide drug-sales operation and two others have been arrested in El Dorado Hills.
Sacramento County drug task force detectives also seized 47 pounds of marijuana worth an estimated $300,000.
Investigators confiscated $6,000 and impounded two vehicles, said Tim Curran, spokesman for the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.

Authorities arrested Michael Francis Klaisle (far left), 26, Dana Marie Allen (left), 22, and Samuel Alex Perez, 30, at a home on the 4700 block of Concordia Drive.
Curran said Klaisle was head of a drug-sales network that stretches across the country.
"We do believe that Klaisle, the ringleader, was distributing marijuana locally and nationwide," said Curran.
The investigation began several months ago in Sacramento County, Curran said.
