Whats the best route(meaning like code or whatever) to set up a site where the customer can upload videos and the home page recognizes the videos and lists the new ones and visitors can search or play the older videos...

I've seen it done before but i think it was a plugin and I can't even remember the name of it...

Basically it is for like a video/podcast type of site but the customer wants to be able to update the videos his/herself

any help is appreciated...

some are free, if you see one you like that aint free.. I MIGHT be able to get the nulled version.
