whats so hard about downloading a ringtone program, upload the song u want, do whatever u want with it then having a usb cable 2 ur phone 2 ur PC for transfering it. i know this site have ringtones maker http://www.devilived.com/

bekause ur tracks r 2 long, and if ur emailing them 2 ur phone, it wont xcept a large file, although if u use a usb kable, u kould get it on, ring tones r usually between 10-30 secs, tha longer they are, tha harder it is 2 email them 2 ur self.

there is a program that i have seen for sale at best buy for like $40 that lets you take any music file, and any part of that file, and turn it into a ringtone for your phone. it also comes with a cord that you plug into your USB port on your comp, and it comes with adapters that you can plug into almost any phone on the market (the box says what phones its compatable with)

i dont think verizon supports mp3 ringtones tho unless you buy them off their programs
