what do you think of all gay high schools...i heard they were opneing up one in new york...im not sure if theres more but its the first time ive heard of this.

whats your opinion?

in a way i am glad for those folks...they can now walk to calss without some jack ass throwing shit at them or talking some ignorant shit...there were 2 gays at my school and man did they catch heat everyday day in and day out for that shit...im sure around the country gays in all high schools get picked on.

but then i think this will only segregate them from the rest of society even more...they already are huge outkasts...religion outkasts them...straights outkast them...some of their folks outkast them...i dont agree w a man and another man eloping but i feel bad for these ppl...they live their lives with the burden of being gay...basically everyone thinks theyre no good...even god thinks theyre wrong...when even god aint got your back, what do these ppl turn to...promiscuous behavior...drugs...depression...they are human beings...even though some of you might not think so.

one of my dads co workers is gay...talking to him and just being around him you wouldnt know it...the man is a mans man..built like a log roller or something...hes hella cool...to think a man like this is shunned by some isnt cool with me.

hey, if they were to build all gay schoolz where every fag had to go.... i would be happy. that'z if they made it mandatory for every faggot to attend that school.... at least my children wont have to go to school and see sum fruit hugging up and kissing another dude, or have a faggot hit on him or sum shit. same with lesbians....

I ain't got a problem with it! I understand the fact that homosexuals are constantly harassed in high school and I can see clearly that they are social outcasts as well.

But I can only see this as an institution for a disordered class in society. Most homosexuals I have met have had little, none, or abusive paternal relations with their father figures. Thus turning them into what they are.

I mean this high school will give new meanings to the words "Sausage Factory" and "Foreful Entrys" but what should I care.....I ain't a fag and I ain't going to this institute so let the gays have their school!

the only reason it would be taken out of context is if you decide to take it out of context...the topic is about gays...i talked brielfy about a gay person i know...like you and me...only difference is he is gay...yes, hes a family friend...we used to bbq at his house back when i was a kid...i didnt know he was gay until a few years ago though.

now im kind of puzzled how somebody like you EDJ...proud person, stand up guy about his shit...tell me...you obviously hate gays...or at least it seems that way...you seem to trash them every chance you get...being a black man i would think youd at least have some compassion for them...how many times you walk by some white ppl and autoamatically they eye you suspiciously?...you sense they talk shit after you walk away...you KNOW they talk shit...

let me say though...i at times feel uncomfortable around gays...even if it is just one gay person...but to hate them and to talk about them like they were garbage...that shit isnt too cool...its only a sexual preference...just because you know gay ppl or becaue you dont oppsed to them being around doesnt mean youre in trouble of crossing over.

That is a very bad argument. There are plenty of physiological reasons why people choose a lifestyle that is not accepted by society. Most of the time they will choose that lifestyle because that type of "group", although smaller in size, will offer a greater amount of support and acceptance then they could obtain elsewhere--they then feel like they "belong" somewhere (and it doesn't matter to the individual that they don't "belong" to the greater society). And quite honesty there aren't too many groups out there that offer a greater amount of support and acceptance then the gay community---making it quite attractive to someone looking for a place to "belong". And unlike many other groups the gay community doesn't have lots of pre-requisites before it offers it's support and acceptance, other then being "gay".

So your saying that Matthew Shepard, the boy who was brutally murdered because he was gay, *chose* this lifestyle in a small ass town in the middle of nowhere (Laramie, Wyoming-population 27,204) just to be "accepted" by the other two openly gay people within hundreds of miles? Please explain how your logic works here.
