who do you think would win in a boxing match against each other, in their prime: Muhammad Ali vs Mike Tyson? I had an interesting discussion with a friend about that

Ali was a boxer, and Tyson was a fighter. Ali was so fast in his prime, if he could stay away from Tyson long enough he'd win. BUT I dont think he could, I think Tyson catches him and its lights out.

TYSON WAS GOOD BUT I DONT THINK HE COULD HAVE BEATEN FOREMAN IN HIS PRIME. GEORGE HAD REAL ONE PUNCH POWER.
HE COULD THROW BOMBS AND DO DAMAGE NO MATTER WHERE IT LANDED.

having grown up watching tyson in his prime, I really had love for this man for everything he did in the boxing world he was amazing to watch, even if it was for 30 seconds.

that being said, looking at the boxer Ali was, I don't think anyone could of beat him in his prime.

Tyson is the fucking shit so I pick him. I'm not old enough to know shit about Ali tho. Tyson was so awesome when i was growing up that boxing is gay to me now cuz there's no one who knocks the shit out of everyone in 30 seconds anymore.

Ali probably had one of the great chins in heavyweight history. Everyone talks about his speed, his jab, etc. but his chin was great, he took bombs from some of the biggest punchers of all time - george foreman, frazier, Earnie Shavers, etc. and never got KO'd. Of course, eating a prime mike tyson hook or uppercut is something else all together, but you could pretty much rule out an uppercut cuz of the size difference and he'd really have to lunge and reach up to land a clean hook on ali, who had amazing reflexes in his prime (when he was Cassius Clay). Tyson just too small for a bigger, and very athletic heavyweights.
