yea ill tell some fools that im listening to a norteno rapper and theyll just look at me funny or be like 'you a norteno?' i could understand people who dont like northsiders or kick it with northsiders not listening cause most of the norteno rappers you hear do nothing but talk about killing scraps and shit like that. and i agree with you woodie is hella slept on as a rapper and producer not just cause hes a northsider but hes white too. the only time i really see someone hating on a rapper cause hes gang related is because they have funk with their set, or just dislike them.
Well alot of the rappers that are bloods and crips don't let their affialiations get in the way of their money, they don't say it in every verse like alot of the norteno rappers.
I don't think it hurts them that much though, them cats got their own fanbases that are way into that stuff and they arent all Nortenos either.
