I don't really know what to think of the whole LT situation. Most people that analyze football, say the criticism is unwarranted and ignorant. Not sure what most players think, but the verdict is out as far as analysts go.
And logically speaking, when they say that Rivers showed heart - it doesn't mean that they're saying LT didn't.
The effect of a knee injury on a QB does not render him as ineffective as an RB. Both Rivers and Brady are primarily pocket QB's. They need to move a little when the pocket collapses, but they're not required to juke, scramble, and burst like backs do.

Good points enserio.... we're just not sure about this. Only L.T. knew how he felt... it's just that Rivers' injury is more severe and he ended up playing the whole game. He has an ACL tear... that's going to require surgery immediately and compare that injury to L.T.'s. Loot at Gates as well... He has a dislocated big toe and he played in all of their games.
true but remember the injury list is kinda weird man. they said it was the acl then switched it to mcl then said might be able to play on the chart which was never wrote before so it was weird. an as for analyst they really dont know the answere it's kind of a player thing and all the ex-player was sayin if it's something little and he doesnt need surgery then he wimped out pretty much cause in this day n age where u can take all types of medicne to not feel the pain and with all the braces and such u should go out there regardless of what ppl say specially if u can carry ur luggage and walk on it with zero limp whatsoever.
at 1st i gave LT the benefit cause he's my fav back but lookin into it it seemed like he got nervous cause it was a knee inury and didnt want to go back in cause he wouldnt want a career ending injury wich would be cool in any other game but not the one for the SB. hate to say it but it was a soft move on his half and if this happens again to him he better be ready to play through an injury specially when ur team needs u desperately

youre right, the injury report is wierd. Some teams try to use it in their favor and i wonder if the chargers did just that. I mean, Tom Brady i think has been listed as questionable with a sore shoulder for like 3 straight seasons.
I really think the chargers orginization did Lt a injustice by not listing him. Then him coming out saying he was close to 100% didnt help. They say he reinjured his knee on the first play but i really believe he wasnt ready to go period. The people that are calling him out for not playing, wouldve been the same people talking shit if he did play and sucked. People wouldve been questioning why Micheal Turner a starting caliber back was left on the bench
