damn a bunch of body by jakes here...lol...im cool without them though, i have started riding my bike to work on weekends, running everyday, drinking water and staying away from junk food, sodas, and inbetween snacking...im doing alright...i went from 230 to a steady 219 right now...although i gotta keep up the exercise everyday, i missed 2 days of not walking my dog and i feel like shit...hes all the supplement i need, he spots a rabbit or cat in the fields we run through and hes off to the races, easy motivation, and fun too.
