Purebred youre TRIPPIN.

but to say he fallen off or lackin or "sellin out" or whatever the fuck yall wanna say
You just look my entire post, put bullshit words in my mouth that I never said, and then even went more extreme.
LOL, I never said ANYTHING about falling off, selling out, or anything. Jesus christ.

Never said I "didnt like his shit"
Never said "times dont change".

Before you tell ME to get experience with the "rap game", you should probably at least come back with some reasonable feedback instead of just making it look like Im dissing E-40...

..When I flat out said E-40 was, and still is, one of my favorite artists. And thats artists in music as a whole. I listen to everything, not just rap... and when I say everything... you can name any genre (well, cept country) and I guarantee ill know at least the basics of the whole genre's "game" at this point. Music is my fucking life. Theres no point to make ignorant comments that just make me look like an asshole.

All I said was that I was worried that Breakin' News wouldnt be as tight as I hope it will be. Grit And Grind wasnt.

Now hopefully I didn't say anything in this response that allows handfuls of people to twist up my opinions and get mad just because they are looking for the same point to argue in every thread.

Here is something I quite don't understand. Why does Eminem get to rap about what he wants, and other artists like 40 have to "grow" with the times to make money? I just find that somewhat inconsistent. Eminem makes more money, and does not have to go to club hit rapping.

Imma buy this cd regardless because I support 40....even though grit and grind was weak....I still buy every cd he puts out...let "breakin news" drop and let the cd speak for itself....

You gotta respect the guy, every song he raps on whether guest or his own...he always represents his area.....THE BAY...

^ We all know that pimp soup, no one said that they hated him and we're still gonna swoop it. We just hope that we can listen to it like we listened to all his other albums before Grit n grind.

I saw a tracklist for Breakin' News posted that was littered with rappers from down south. I don't know if the tracklist was real or what but if that's the case then this will be the first E40 that I won't be buying. If I buy E40 then I want some E40, not E40 and half of the dirty south.

Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz? Please... that money is better spent on hotter beats.

All those middle-to-upper class white kids, who happen to make up the vast majority of rap music consumers, relate to Eminems angry white kid rebellion. He's their icon. When 40 starts spittin' things like 'fa shiggado', those kids are like 'wtf?'.

regardlesss i luv 40 wata's music and thats the bottom line, no matter what he comes hard, i dont think ive ever disliked a verse, i might of disliked the length of the verse, or who he's spittin with, but i think ive felt just about everything he's given us...fuck it the dudes doin his thang, and hes doing it big...and as we can see he is falling into a mainstream trance and hes collabbin' wit cats we wouldnt expect, and hes growing more popular to everyone .... but he deserves it, as far as street respect goes....if you gonna hate someone like 40 over some shit like this and say hes fuckin off his rep, then fuck it, its called your own opinion...

^^^ does that even make sense ... shit :dead:

all tho i do agree that the vast majority of eminem's music and a lot of other rap music played on mtv is voted for and listened to by snobby idiotic people... who r mostly white your right

but this EX-middle-to-upper class white boy knows a little more then the rest, and its "Fo Shiggadale" i believe...

To me, 40 aint never changes his style or nothing, maybe hwat he talks about, but think about it no rapper trying to make it fucking big and his played on BET and MTV slang yayo, gagbang, hoo ride, they just dont do it like they did before they went into the music game. shit i thought it was all trying to coem up and not slang, and get out that gangbang life and do something positve whith ur life, thats why i get pissed off when people diss on snoop and shit, because there is no damn way he can relate to doggystyle now? ya underdigg? and 40 to me has changed very wall to the rap game, because now a days its about drinking smokin fuckin and partyin and just havina good time, 40 does that pretty damn good. he did it very well on grit and grind cuz most of thoes songs could be knocked in the club. I thought grit and grind was dope, i have liked every damn song off of breakin news so far, and there aint no one here that can say 40 water still aint the tightest and the most orignal rapper to come out the bay or even the country.. just my 2 cents don't go off on that hater shit on me.
