i'm lightweight baffled as to what your point is. why would you need paperwork on a man who took the stand? he actually testified. and he testified against one of your other homies? so that would mean that all your homies know he testified. how would they then be asking you to provide paperwork? everybody already knows what time it is
even if all thats true he still may not have snitched, if you have paperwork i suggest you post it and air him out. judges look at shit like past criminal history, prior convictions, what your doing with yourself if your employed are you doing something positive etc. The judge gave him a whole year to get his shit together before he did his time so thats saying he was being leinient right there. Its not like husalah was even the one selling the dope he was just helping transport it for someone else. I mean his defesne could have been he had no knowlege of cocaine in the vehicle and whoopty whoop he was just riding down there with a friend and got caught up in a bad situation. Mac Dre got 5 and he was in the car too when they was robbing banks - sorta the same shit. If OJ can beat a murder case I'm pretty sure there's ways to get around a 10 year minimum sentence for that shit.
