Not all Cartels kill children/women innocent people. This is the very reason Los Zetas are being killed off, they will kill anyone even their own family and friends. Theres documentation of them confessing to killing innocent people and why then they get one to the dome or get their head screwed off.

Yep cause killing a kid on accident, cause terrorist are right next to him with a bomb from thousands of feet away, is the same as cutting a infants head off to "prove a point" .

And you have proof that the thousands of women and children that have been killed in the Middle East this decade were standing next to a terroist?
