I told you in the one of the many other "this is what an everready cover could look like" threads that you use too much of a good thing.

Strokes - check
Chalk - check
Posterize/Find Edges - check
Illegible Font that is not Tech's logotype - check
Lens flare for no reason - check



I know you think it looks good because you spent forever on it... trust me, we all (those of us who do graphics) have been there. But before you present something you should go away for 10 minutes, come back, and ask youself "why doesnt this look good anymore?" Then fix it. Just "Crit" yourself. It helps.

I took maybe 15 minutes on this one. I know it could be perfected. But I should still share them if I want.

What the F is wrong with stroking a font? The lens flare is between his hands. No chalk, no find edges. The font is not "illiegal" to use. It is shareware. And, I am not using this pic to gain anything in anyway. Please don't mention this either because if you mention legal shit I bet TechN9neHQ will shut the thread down. So let's steer away from that. You assume way too much on what I used in Photshop, and you've done this more than once. Tell me it is shitty, that's fine. Don't tell me I'm doing it wrong though. Because if I did it "your" way, it wouldn't really be mine would it?

I didn't use what you said I used. I have the PSD files to prove it too.

Big T Barajas, I accept your feedback because you are straight forward with it. Throw up a quickie of what you can do though. I am curious to see your skill.

Ok. you didnt say I was wrong for doing it, Rather what you said I was using too much of. When in reality I didnt even use all those. Unless you see the psd files I guess you really dont have any idea on what was used to piece it all together. I still accept your feedback negative or positive. Many people dig it, so I am content that I am progressing in the right direction.

I read it wrong. Guilty as charged. You could make the same thing? Based on how you "think" I made these you won't be able to replicate them. lol

Even if you could make the same images with pics provided to you, what would that prove? I think you have testosterone issues. How were you helping me by asking me to "please stop"?
