7 years old? That's completely on the parents. Maybe even the whole family. Someone needs to step up and give that little girl a piece of fruit.

there are people who have mutations in the gene for leptin or the Ob-Rb receptor and they are eatign all the time because their brain never senses when they've received enough food and they end up being extremely fat at a very young age; I just watched the beginnig because I can't listen to it right now. but this might well be the case here

Victoria Recano... hell yea, thats the first thing I thought when I started watching the news report.... She's bad... As far as the 7year old., thats really sad. She won't make it to see 13 being that obese. What were her parents thinking?
