Oh yeah the Bay taught P the game no doubt, I was there with him during the 99 Ways to Die, Ice Cream Man era and the Bay gave him his walking shoes and P ran with'em. I saw alot of people act funny with P back then too but once Ice Cream Man blew up I watched the tables turn. But yeah I agree he got the game from the Bay, St Charles at SMG to be exact.
