The only thing Amaru has done with Pac's music is ruin it so why not let somebody else, who knows what they're doing, have a crack at it? It certainly can't be any worse.

If 50 Cent's involvement behind the scenes can help better Pac's legacy, and help better any future releases then go for it! It's silly how some of you cats get all sensitive about 50 Cent. This is an entertainment business, not your personal lives. All you need to worry about is buying the albums you think are worth the money, enjoy the music, and quit acting so fuckin' emotional over rappers you dislike.

Some of you guys act like 50 and Pac are putting out a duet album...

Essentially, all 50 is going to be doing for this project is picking beats, and if you don't think he can pick 'em, you're not being subjective, and are only taking into account your personal feelings towards him.

The man has a great ear for good production...

Personally, I think they should release Pac's music AS PAC MADE IT. So far a million beat makers and producers have ruined the vast majority of the posthumous releases by throwin out the original beats, removing original guest artist's verses and replacin em wit fucks like Akon and Eminem and 50. "Runnin" is a perfect example. There was nothin wrong with the original, I dont know why Eminem decided he needed to make it terrible. By the time all these "new" muthafuckas get done with his music, it dont even seem like Pac's music no more. Pac's music always had a certain "feel" to them, which was part of what made him so special. People are takin that away with all their tinkering and what n ot.

that's the way i felt about Loyal To the Game and Better Dayz. They should let Johnny J work on this project....he's, the one, producer he worked with the most and had a strong bond with. Check the credits in your booklets and you'll see that Johnny J & Tupac made some of the sickest songs together. But i'll always keep a burned cd w/ the original songs on it and would slump it more than i would better dayz or loyal to the game.

As for this project.......it might bring some light to 2pac's music because Interscope/G-Unit does have a great production team(i.e dr. dre), but i dearly hope it doesn't turn into a loyal-to-the-game-cut-n-paste album......

What else would it be? Take some Pac acapellas, throw em over a new beat and add some singers and some rappers that he never even knew on any type of level, and there you have it. The only way it wont be a cut and paste album is if gets released with the songs as they are.

Thats what pac stuff is gonna be like so that these kiddies go out and buy it. cause they listen to old me against the world album... and their like this sounds old... i don't wanna listen to it. ive had classmate(17 age) tell me straight up that "me against the world" album is garbage cause it sound old lol...

shits gotta have production sounds like today. so kiddies think it's cool and the'll listen to it... that mean lil john/50 cent beats... club music. none of that deep pour some liqure for your homies type shit. none. crosses out outlawz and all the other west coast artist.
Fuck all those teeniebopper fucks, they have bad taste in music...I guess every generation says this though.

You're fucking stupid. Learn to read. TUPAC WAS NOT BORN ON THE WEST COAST. He didnt even see Cali until AFTER he was 18. If anything, I would say Tupac was an EAST COAST artist.

Listen to that Old Skool song off of Me Against The World. He talks about the old school as it was in NY.
