The first thing i think about when we L.A. or Cali is brought up is the blood and crip thing they got going on out there. U got the Black and Mexican gangs, what about all the Filipinos, Vietnamese's, Chinese's, Cambodian's, Laos's, Samoan's that run certain streets and neighborhoods and i'm sure there's more out there. Thats alot of different sets man. I'm sure they got some crazy dudes out in the East too. But its definately an L.A. thing. But thats just the way i see it. Anyybody else from anywhere else will say that their city is more rougher than the rest of the countries for different reasons.
