I doubt they are just giving away five racks without any proof. I am looking through all my messy drawers for one of those cards. 5 racks is 5 racks. To bad I couldn't write it off as a gift or business expense.lol

The claim form also asks for your phone number. I'm thinking that they might have all the phone records, so if yours doesnt come up you won't get anything.

It doesn't ask for the number that you specifically called from. You could have called from ANYWHERE....I'm sendin my shit in regardless.

Very true. I already submitted my form. I either get nothing, or get up to $5k. No reason not to submit. I had a few of those cards before.
