and the game 4 years ago does hold relevance. it was the battle of the bay, a game that only happens every 4 years, with the winner being best in the bay for those 4 years until the next meeting, so until oct 17th, it does hold relevance.

when you're discussing who is going to win the game this year in October 17th... what happened 4 years ago doesn't matter

I mean Dfresh77 is the same guy that wanted to build around Jeff Garcia a month or so ago.LOL! That right there should tell us alot. He was dead serious regardless of how he tries to spin it now. I am leaving my thoughts and reservations until the game is played. Anything can happen. I just hope the Raiders play good football that day. By the looks of things, if the Niners lose, we may have a mass suicide on our hands right here on siccness. The only thing that matters is wins and losses, don't kid yourself. Good teams win football games, something the Niners have not done yet this year.

the difference is I'm not in here hating on the Niners... a lot of my posts took place during the game, I was in here chopping it up about the game, and actually giving the Niners props while I watched it

but I do that with almost any MNF game if I'm watching it at the house

the thing is this thread transformed into a Raiders vs. Niners thread... like basically every thread in the sports forum

we need to seriously make an official Raiders vs. Niners shit talking thread and band anyone who talks about the 10/17 game where it doesn't belong... because even though I partake in the arguments, I'll be the first to admit that it's getting annoying... and we all need to stop... Raiders and Niners fans

since 06 when gradkowski came in the league he is 6-12, a .333 winning percentage, in that same time alex smith is 14-22, a .388 winning percentage, so by your logic that wins and losses is all that matters, Alex Smith is better than Bruce Gradkowski...
