I'm not trying to take anything away from the Niners
but I'm just gonna say last season the Raiders WON games against some of the better teams in the league... and competed with SD... one of the better teams in the league
we beat the Super Bowl champs in their own house... and all I heard from a lot of Niners fans (not all of them) was that we were lucky... and the other team just played down to a weaker opponent, blah blah blah...
but when you guys ALMOST beat the Saints you guys talk about how you can play with the best teams int he league
you also have to remember... opening night in your house against an amped up crowd... the same night you guys retire Rice's number... huge homefield advantage... and the Saints played far from their potential... while I think the Niners played near their potential

Let's not get it fucked up. This is football. There are NO MORAL VICTORIES in football. The Niners were outplayed the whole game. They played valiantly and showed heart, which is expected due to the type of player their coach was....but the Niners showed why they aren't the team people want to make them out to be. Stupid mistakes/penalties, dumb ass turnovers. Those are the marks of a team that doesn't know how to win. They went from getting they ass whooped in week one, to fucking up an opportunity to catch the Super Bowl Champs slipping in week two.

Bears are not getting the second wildcard spot, thier 2-0 record does not reflect them as a team, just like the 2-0 chiefs.....I'd say the buccs have a better chance than bears, but I doubt either team will make it....shit, you might even see 3 NFC east teams in the playoffs
