yeah I was but thought I'd just put that out there,,, Brooks may have an even better deep ball than Collins.. They say Brooks isn't as accurate, but obviously neither was Collins these past 2 seasons.... Brooks is more of a Culpepper type ( prob. not as accurate ) But a QB who is mobile and can launch the ball( should work well with Randy Moss ),, Thats why I feel he will succeed better than Collins was able too... But yah I'm done 4realz :classic:

As a Raider fan I am disgusted with the biased opinions on Aaron Brooks now that he is a Raider. And I'm not talking about Niners fans either, I'm talking about my own Raider fans. He is in no way better than Kerry Collins. With Moss in play we need an accurate deep passer, and that is not Brooks. Aaron Brooks has the arm no doubt, but what does it matter if he's going to be overthrowing his targets? He is just as big a choke artist as Collins. There were better available QBs in free agency that we blew our chances with, namely Daunte Culpepper. And I'm not saying Culpepper is a good QB because I don't believe he is, but he has proven he can bomb the ball to Randy Moss and that's all that really matters. The whole arguement over whether or not Brooks is an improvement over Collins is ridiculous and Raider fans are rolling with him strictly because he is a Raider now. Brooks and Collins are in the same damn boat and are equal as QBs. One is more accurate, one is more mobile, but both are proven failures and neither can get the job done when it needs to be done.

Brad Johnson comes in and almost leads the Vikings to the playoffs. So you don't know what the hell you're talking about sucka…We'll see how he plays now, without Moss and a little less mobility. He blew his knee out last season (tore ligaments) so hopefully he'll recover and play well for Miami. On a side note: Daunte has issues…. When they consistantly have horrible games week in and week out, that's when you can jump up and make a point about them being garbage. So what they got spanked by the Giants in 2000. That means they didn't function well as a unit, and it also means the Giants were clearly the better team. In case you didn't know, the Raider organization is known for harboring misfits and potential criminals. They don't give a shit about what they do off the field. That's been known for years. That's also one of the reasons they are in desperate need of discipline. Lack of discipline is the main reason they are the most penalized team of decade, despite some Raider fans' arguement that the league has a "conspiracy" against their team. It's all good Fatal! I am not all that serious either man it's all opinions and fun... I only trip when I get insulted (like getting called homo, dickrider, fag, etc...). I usually fire back at someone only when I get insulted. I never insult anyone when I disagree with what they say mayne. But it's all good and in fun. I post for the same reasons you do. When the season starts we'll see who's right and we'll see who's wrong. Come late August, early September, we'll really be having fun.
