Other teams like the New York Giants, New York Jets, and even the Dallas Cowboys don't play in their respective cities. Santa Clara isn't that far away even if the 9ers did move there.

and raiders will keep the staduim they got now strictly for football....but the niners aint moving....jus the location of the staduim is moving...and thas still in discussion...sucks tho if the staduim moves to santa clara cause than sf loses the summer olimpic in 2016 even tho no1 cares bout thayt haha but yeah...all not final yet
