Thugs are pety. Do u think the Italian Mafia is hoe shit? U better take orders. Its called being organized. Stay in line or be disciplined. Same thing @ a regular job. There are fears & reprecussions on a job cuz that's ur bread & butter. Jobs are organizaions & if u slippin on a job they'll fire yo ass. So they keep that potential fear in you so u won't be fucking up on a job.
Same thing in certain gangs & crews. In order to stay in the streets u go to follow certain rules & guidlines.
I had a homie hella years ago that got slapped with some time & they asked him where did he wanna go outta Prison or YA. He told them to send him to the pen. Youth Athourity are youngstas & buck wild but in Prison its more organized & rules & laws to follow & he rather be up under that.
No disrespect to the Crips & Bloods but they aren't respected by the Cosa Nostra, Russian Mafia etc. cuz they aren't organized. Nust cuz those are black gangs. Look @ the GD' s & VL's in Chicago. They are way more organized then the Bloods & Crips.
