I think the grimey one looks best.

they're both sick...but I also like the 2nd one better because you can see the images more clearly. The dark color makes a better contrast with the background.

the first one may be more consistant with the shine reflection of the badge

but the 2nd one has the contrast in the right places

I'd keep the second one or find a medium between them both before i make the ultimate decision

overall.........very good and original
