Now that City Hall is a done, Bayside went to the wayside I am now
offering distribution through my company 2KSounds. We are distributed
through EMI. Here's the deal.

You pay 2K $5,000 for the manufacturing of your first cd run, and
administration fee. You will get at least 3000 cd's. Maybe more
depending on the order.
You set the price 2K will take 10% of the moneys for its services.
You will have access to Soundscan, and BDS reports
You will have access to all the sales and positioning programs offered
through EMI
You will have access to all the radio promotion staff at EMI
You will get paid, on Soundscaned units (Soundscan now represent about
95% of units sold)
There will be no hold back for reserves, so you don't have to worry
about returns
You will get within 30 days at the end of each quarter when the record
is released, and every 30 days after that.

Carl - Thanks, but being that this was sent to a million other rappers/label's it shows me two things. 1) That your either looking to pick up anyone you can to distribute and get started. 2) That your looking for a quick dollar etc.

***let me make this clear...this is how it "LOOKS", I am not saying this is what your doing.***

Anyway, EMI...I am pretty sure just doesn't distribute "anybody" and the 5g'z is something we independents can do on our own and take 100% of the profit. I've been with Bayside, ADI and then some this deal doesn't sound any better.

I welcome you to enlighten me.

95% SOUNDSCAN, YOUR FULLA SHIT WITH THAT ONE........I CAN NAME 10 STORES IN THE VALLEY THAT SELL MANY UNITS AND HAVE NO SOUND SCAN.........AND THAT MUSIC SOLD ISNT SOLD ANY WHERE ELSE BESIDE THEM STORES........GOTA DO BETTER HOMEWORK THAN THAT
