couple of dope footnotes i took away from the 15 minute piece:

* rugby phenom from new zealand. . tongan mom samoan dad.
* arrived in san fran with his twin brother, couldnt speak a word of english
he basically learned the language from school and hanging out with teammates
* never played football til age 17, senior year of high school
* never had lifted weights til age 17, senior year of high school
* all american at oregon state

the most i hit back to back was 235 twenty times on a bet.maxed out 405 once,tried to max out with 425 and almost ripped my arm off hahahaha.

That's what's up I'm going to try and see how many I can do next time. I been working out pretty hard lately. I'm doing the workout plan from the book "the truth about building muscle by sean nalewanyj" and I have step my weight up tremendously. Here is a video of my doing 810lbs on the leg press that was a few weeks ago so now I'm doing 1080lbs which I will post later on.
