Yeah, that 16 was probably a death trap. The cien on the other hand seemed amazing all the way around. Not sure why it never got released.

in this pic we can see which of these 5 concepts made it to production...The Evoq on the bottom right(XLR) and the Vizion in the top left which went on to become the first gen SRX.

Im going to go on a limb and say that maybe at the time the Cien might have been too extreme of a vehicle for the Cadillac brand. At that time. Now would a great time, being that Lexus just ended production of the LFA, the Cien would be perfect to fill that void.

Even though most of Cadillacs concepts are pissed away, we DO see a lot of design cues trickle down to production vehicles. Although not as extreme.

I think Cadillac has something big on the horizon.
