Cus some cats think that Cali is the hardest place on the planet...and forget that there are places WAY more fucked up...

And Camden,NJ??Wow...i know that place is run down...but i had no idea that it had such a high crime rate...i figured Trenton would be there before Camden!!!

I know Bodymore gon be up there on the murder rates mayn. Doodes be gettin picked off left and right on this side and homicide can't close cases for shiet. I could prolly go down to the local cornerstore, cap a foo in BROAD daylight, and the damn popo still won't get no leads. Even if I leave the security tapes in the store nah mean? If B.more aint in the top 5 for murder rates, it definitely got one of the highest open cases that fo sho

as for the doode talkin bout New York.. Giuliani really took the crime rate down.. He basically invaded hella civil liberties but when he was mayor shit was on lock. Same wit chief of police, he went to LA I think. Doode's notoroious for fuckin wit citizens mayn.

no cities in New York?
if you're talkin about NYC, the city as a whole is pretty safe... i remember seeing a news report while i was out there and they were saying that they achieved a crime rate that was just above the national average.... and of course when you venture in to certain neighborhoods, you'lle run the risk of gettin a lick pulled on you..... that city has housing projects up the ass
