2 Questions about state disability..

So I had surgery on Dec 22 and returned to work jan 5..

i turned in my disability paperwork on jan 3 (monday) and still havent received my check yet..

so my questions are:

1) how long does it take to get here?

2) how much of my regular pay is it? i usually clear $850 every two weeks, so will i get about that much or is it a fraction of it?

Its like un employment, but will take 2-3 weeks to get started after they check your doctor paperwork. I was gettin 800 a week and was bringin home like 950 when I was workin, got that shit for 9 mos, I miss those days.
